TRAINING DATE IS SET DIRECTLY WITH THE TRAINER * discovery call required before joining * Learn how to become proficient in Microblading from our PhiBrows Certified Master Artist. This training is for the student who wishes to enter the cosmetic tattoo industry but appreciates a more intimate setting for optimal learning. We will teach you the "WHY" of every aspect of your practice. We take pride in molding well-versed artists who will become innovators at the forefront of the industry! Included: - comprehensive student kit (including tools, blades, needles, etc) - student in-depth workbook - certificate of attendance - certificate of completion - Lifetime mentoring support - Live-model demonstration: done in class by master trainer - Live-model coaching: student returns after a two-week minimum of at-home practice on latex skin for supervised skill demonstration on their own model (4-day class option) DAY 1: virtual session covering essential theory - licensing requirements - review of health hazards related to bloodborne pathogens - how to safely setup and take down your work station - understanding your tools and sanitary handling - medical contraindications in PMU (facts vs. myths), including how to properly solicit medical clearance from a healthcare provider - artist-client relation strategies: successful consultation / pre- and after-care / consent forms - business 101: how to get started, business marketing, and ethics DAY 2: in-person - color theory and effective pigment selection - hand movement practice on latex - brow sketching - brow mapping (on latex) DAY 3: in-person - brow mapping (on model) - in-depth brow procedure demonstration by instructor on live model DAY 4: optional - student returns to demonstrate their newly acquired skill on their own model, with direct supervision, after practicing on latex skins at home for a minimum of two weeks.
